Alison Pine

I have been involved in training and developing teams and individuals, across a wide range of subjects, for the majority of my career.

After leaving school I trained to become a British Horse Society Riding Instructor and worked full-time within the equestrian industry for several years until deciding that it was time for a change of career direction.

Moving into a finance and customer service role, initially within the NHS, I qualified as a Credit Manager through the Chartered Institute of Credit Management and was involved in managing and developing teams and providing training for internal customers in cashflow-related topics including customer service, billing processes and CRM training.

Upon gaining my PTLLS qualification, I was offered the opportunity to work as a Trainer and Coach within a European Regional Development Fund project focussing on Business Start Up and Business Growth.  Designing and delivering soft skills and skills for business workshops in addition to providing 1:1 coaching, I then took on the role of Programme Director for the final 18 months of the project.

Now offering Mental Health First Aid training I am a Mental Health First Aid England Approved Instructor and also approved to deliver mental health training through the following awarding bodies, ProQual, Highfield and Qualsafe.

A British School of Coaching / ILM Endorsed Wellbeing Coach I also offer Wellbeing Workshops and 1:1 Wellbeing Coaching.

Committed to lifelong learning myself, I have recently completed my PADI Open Water Diver qualification, a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course and I am forever trying to improve my French language skills!

My workshops are relaxed, friendly, inclusive, engaging and interactive and I am delighted to be an Associate Trainer for the Livewell Southwest Training Network.

We are now offering DASH (Domestic abuse, Stalking and Harrassment) Training!
