Our Mental Health First Aid (MHFAider®) course is designed for individuals who want to feel more confident in supporting people experiencing poor mental health — whether at work, in volunteer roles, or in everyday life.
You’ll gain the skills to:
- Recognise when someone may be struggling
- Start supportive conversations with confidence
- Signpost to professional help
- Promote understanding and reduce stigma
- Practise empathy, active listening, and self-care
And when you complete the course, you’ll receive a three-year certification and become part of the largest MHFAider® community in England, with access to ongoing support and learning via the MHFAider Support App®.
