Exciting Changes in The Academy

Here at The Livewell South West Training Academy we have some very exciting news to share. We are delighted to let you know that Hayley Rider has joined our team as Training and Sales Coordinator. Hayley joined us on September 20TH and brings along a wealth of knowledge and experience from her previous role. In such a short time Hayley has made such a difference to our team. Her professionalism and expertise have shown from day one and her flexibility to work to the job is complete and not to the clock is exceptional. I would like to personally give gratitude and explain we are very fortunate to have her on board.
Hayley has a proven background in customer service, sales, leadership and team building, and prides herself on going above and beyond for both customers and colleagues. Hayley has been working for The Wedding Company, Plympton for over 10 years. Her experience has been in two separate industries from Designer Bridal wear to Estate Agency, I already know that Hayley will have no difficulty in making the transition to a new industry.
Hayley is a strong believer in promoting a “TEAM ENVIRONMENT” and has strong values around integrity and honesty. In such a short time she has made such a presence that our Academy office is full of daily laughter, and she has been a huge advocate for promoting an environment full of fun and in chatting to her she remarked “that it is important to be feeling part of a positive and highly motivated team”. I am sure her strong interpersonal skills will enable her to mentor and develop other team members identifying any untapped potential and coaching members into progressively more responsible roles.
As the Training and Sales Coordinator Hayley will be responsible for booking and coordinating the Academy diary and she brings with her fresh ideas and a creative flair.
Hayley is a married mum of two daughters. Now moving away from retail sales she is able to watch her talented daughter who plays football on a Saturday without having to rush off to work. She is also a lover of live music and will often attend a music festival.
We have been working on a new website and soon to be launched. The aim behind this is so any delegate/customer can visit our training calendar and book any course with ease in a timely efficient manner. We did listen to you, our customers! And special thanks must go to one of our employers who helped us with super feedback and guidance and we thank you for this. You know you are!
