Emma is a former police officer, they worked for the Metropolitan Police service for 11 years.
During that time, she performed a variety of roles, being instrumental in the training and development of new officers, supporting victims of serious sexual assault and more.
After leaving the Police, Emma carved out a successful career as an CIPD trained learning and development professional working with a charity, she was responsible for the development and delivery of the training for over 1000 volunteers for the. Since then she has continued creating, developing and delivering engaging training for many organisations on a variety of topics.
Emma is an accredited Mental Health First Aid England Instructor and NUCO Safeguarding Trainer
