I qualified as a Speech & Language Therapist in 2008 and have been working in Plymouth since 2013 as part of the Community Learning Disability Team. As a Speech & Language Therapy team we provide communication assessments and eating & drinking assessments to service users with a learning disability. I have a particular interest in dysphagia (eating and drinking difficulties) and working with individuals who require communication aids and visuals to support their communication. A large part of this role involves working with and training staff teams and carers to support the person with a learning disability.

Qualifications: BSc( hons) Speech & Language Therapy, Specialist Dysphagia Practitioner. Member of HCPC and RCSLT.

We are now offering DASH (Domestic abuse, Stalking and Harrassment) Training!
