These conversations can be so daunting and difficult that the easiest approach is to avoid the conversation and that can often make the situation worse. This workshop is designed to help you think about and prepare for a variety of scenarios.
We will explore some of the skills, ideas and techniques for equipping delegates to better handle a range of situations.
