Summary: Conducting a staff review can be a daunting task, particularly if it’s with a team member who is also a friend, or with a team member with who you find challenging.
This course lays out some basic principles and for conducting reviews which help to alleviate those challenges. It looks at reviews
as an opportunity to develop team members and to give constructive and
accepted feedback.
