The aims of mediation are to:
· clear up misunderstandings,
· determine underlying interests and concerns,
· find areas of agreement,
· and incorporate those areas into solutions devised by the parties themselves,
· Be proactive at allowing everyone’s voice to be heard during good times and bad times, each contribution is valued and recognising the source of pain conjoined with a celebration.
The process works for a range of disputes, including but not limited to:
· Conflicts and disagreements between employees and within teams.
· Conflicts between managers and employees or between senior managers.
· Allegations of bullying, harassment or discrimination.
· Boardroom and executive level disputes.
· Disputes between business partners.

This is a bespoke course created to meet the individual company/business needs.
The cost of the mediation is for up to 8 hours £5000 and includes feedback. This will include bi-monthly check-ins if required for both parties.
Andrea C Mahn has over 30 years of business including lots of negotiating experience within her role as a Special Constable for Devon and Cornwall Police. This includes corporate contract negotiation and legislative lobbying, business mediation, client and project management, Management for Department for Working Pensions . She specializes in Business, Relationships, Workplace and Staff Conflicts. The price
