This NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) workshop will give delegates an insight into the fundamentals of NLP. Delegates will acquire knowledge of what NLP actually is, and how they could adopt it in the workplace to produce benefits, or how it can be used for positive personal development. NLP is based on the mind, thus delegates will discover how their thoughts can influence their ability to achieve objectives and communicate appropriately.
